Basic VANILLA SPONGE CAKE

Perfect for celebration cakes that are baked in theme baking tins


(1cup = a bit more than 2dl)
.1 Mix with an electric mixer 3 MEDIUM EGGS till it thickens.
.2 Gradually add ¾CUP OF WHITE SUGAR (put 1 tbsp vanilla sugar in it) and keep mixing for 3-4min and slowly pour 1CUP OF PLAIN FLOUR, keep mixing till well combined and finally add ½CUP OF WARM MILK.

OVEN 180°C FOR ABOUT 30MIN
