Blueberry little MUDCAKES with VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT

with homemade vanilla frozen yogurt
BLUEBERRY MUDCAKE VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT ICE CREAM

FOR THE CAKES
.1 Mix with a fork 2 eggs and 1½dl of brown sugar until well combined. 

.2 Add 1½dl of plain flour and 2tbsp of cocoa powder. 

.3 Melt in the microwave 100g of vegetable margarine and around 50g of dark chocolate (60%). 

.4 Add the melted ingredients. 

.5 Add about 1dl of frozen blueberries to the cake mix. 

.6 Pour the dough into a muffins baking tray.

 OVEN 175°C FOR ABOUT 6MIN 
(the centre should remain soft) 

FOR THE ICE CREAM
Banana-Vanilla Ice Cream ispired by Alpro Ice Cream Recipe 

.1 Blend 200g of frozen banana and 2dl of plant based yogurt. Serve it right away or keep it in the freezer.
