Easy home-made VANILLA MERINGUE
.1 Use an electric mixer to mix 2 egg whites (at room temperature - they should be out of the fridge for a few hours) and slowly add 1dl of white sugar (put 1tsp of vanilla sugar in it).
.2 Mix until you have a stiff
mixture that holds in your bowl even if you put it upside down.
.3 Place meringue dollops on a baking tray with parchment paper on.
OVEN 120°C FOR ABOUT 60MIN
(check at 50min or till dry and crispy on the outside)
