OAT and COCONUT cookies



OAT COCONUT THICK COOKIES
.1 Mix 2cups of rolled oats, 2cups of plain flour, 1cup of shredded coconut, ½tsp of baking soda and about 80g of brown sugar.

.2 Heat briefly in the microwave 100g of vegetable margarine and 1tbsp of dark syrup, stir to combine.

.3 Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, combine and shape the dough into biscuits or thick cookies.
