ALMOND RASPBERRY CAKE
As easy as having one bowl and adding 100g of soft vegetable margarine, 100g of white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 vanilla pod (cut in half and scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife), 100g of ground almonds, 100g of plain flour, 1tsp of baking powder.
 Combine everything into a spreadable dough.

Use a springform baking tin.
Top it with some frozen raspberries.

OVEN AT 180°C FOR ABOUT 20MIN
if not cooked in the middle by this time let it be for 5min more but not too much or it will dry
