OAT oven flat PANCAKES
EASY TO MAKE A BIG BATCH
.1 Mix 2 eggs, 500ml of milk, ½tsp of fine salt and 2tbsp of demerara sugar.
.2 Add 1dl of oat flour and 1dl of plain wheat flour to the previous (lumpiness is normal).
.3 Wait for about 10min before going to the oven.
Cover a deep oven baking tray with parchment paper and pour the liquid batter directly in it.
OVEN 200°C FOR ABOUT 20MIN
