HONEY and yogurt CAKE
perfect for a coffee or tea brake
In just one bowl start by adding the liquids and then the flour.
1 egg
½dl of white sugar
1dl of vegetable oil
1dl of plain yogurt
½dl of runny honey (it was used a dark one)
3dl of plain flour
2tsp of baking powder
Mix everything till you have a smooth mixture and pour into a greased baking tin. Enjoy it while still warm.
