Lemon Madalenas
.1 You can start by mixing 2½dl of plain flour and ½tsp of baking powder. Put it aside for now.
.2 In a small pan add 100g of vegetable margarine, 1dl of white sugar, 1tbsp of brown sugar and finally 1tbsp of dark syrup. Let it melt and then cool it down to room temperature.
.3 To the heated mix add 2 beaten eggs and the zest of 1 small lemon. Combine well.
.4 Add the liquids to the flour mix and pour into the chosen baking moulds.
