Nusas Light Pancakes

A slightly bit more work on the batter but quicker when frying

1 Start by having 3dl PLAIN FLOUR, 2tbsp WHITE SUGAR, 1tsp BAKING POWDER and a pinch of SALT.

2 Whisk 3 EGG WHITES until you have soft peaks. (put the yolks aside to then add later)

3 Add directly into the flour: the 3 EGG YOLKS and ½dl VEGETABLE OIL. Mix with a fork and bit by bit pour 300ml of MILK.

4 Just before cooking fold in the egg whites.

Fry each pancake in a medium hot pan with a knob of salted vegetable margarine. They are pretty quick to cook.
