One Muffin Three quick 'n easy Cheesecakes

One muffin will make three small glass cheesecakes

For the purée 
it was used frozen strawberries and white sugar to taste.
Just heat in pan the frozen fruit and the sugar (don't put too much at this stage, you'll be able to later add more to taste). Let it cook till soft and then blend to a purée.  

For the yogurt cream 
slightly mix equal parts of greek yogurt and red fruits quark.

For the muffin base 
shred the muffin with your hands into a blender and add about 1tbsp of vegetable margarine (1tbsp per muffin). Pulse a few times till it looks like coarse sand.

After the dessert is layered let it rest in the fridge till its served (use the freezer if you are in a hurry - it also tastes very good if it starts becoming like ice cream)
