CHOCOLATE CAKE (MUDCAKE LIKE)

on the mudcake side being intenser in the middle

.1 Start by mixing well 100g of soft vegetable margarine and 1dl of white sugar.

.2 Melt 100g of chocolate (min 50%cocoa) and add to the previous. 

.3 Mix with a fork 2eggs and 1yolk. Add.

.4 In another bowl mix 1dl of plain flour, 2tsp of baking powder and 2tbsp of cocoa powder.

.5 Bit by bit add the flour mix to the liquids.

OVEN 180°C FOR ABOUT 15MIN
