PEAR, APPLE and RASPBERRY CRUMBLE

Eat it just like this or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! 
PEARS APPLES RASPBERRIES CRUMBLE

Start by greasing the baking tin with vegetable margarine.

.1 Chop 2apples and 2pears directly to the tin and add about 1dl of frozen raspberries.

.2 Sprinkle ½dl of brown sugar on the fruit.

.3 In a bowl add 1dl of plain flour, 2½dl of rolled oats, ½dl of demerara sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.  

.4 Add 100g of vegetable margarine and start making the crumble with your hands, combining everything into a coarse sand (use a fork if you don’t want to use hands).

OVEN 200°C FOR ABOUT 30MIN to 40MIN
