MUFFIN BASIC FORMULA

ADD FLAVORS. CHANGE FLOURS. CHANGE SUGARS.
CREATE YOUR OWN MUFFIN
 (FROM 6 TO 8 MUFFINS)
2dl PLAIN FLOUR with
1 tsp VANILLA SUGAR and 1½ tsp BAKING POWDER
1dl MILK
½dl EGG (1 medium egg)
½dl VEGETABLE OIL
½dl WHITE SUGAR

VARIATION: ALMOND MUFFINS 
 
Change
2dl FLOUR to 1½dl PLAIN FLOUR + ½dl ALMOND FLOUR
Change
½dl WHITE SUGAR to ½dl DEMERARA SUGAR


Start by mixing all the liquids and add the flour mix in the end. Combine and divide through the muffins tray.
