lemon "no-shapes" with lemony glaze

EASY LITTLE BITES
1. Start by mixing 1/2dl of WHITE SUGAR and 1tbsp of LEMON ZEST
2. And 100g of SOFT VEGETABLE MARGARINE, mix till foamy
3. Add 1 EGG till well combined
4. In the end, pour 2dl of PLAIN FLOUR or till you have a soft dough that you can shape
OVEN 180°C FOR 10-15MIN
 
For the LEMON GLAZE
Use a fork to combine 1tbsp of fresh LEMON JUICE and 4-5 tbsp of ICING SUGAR. Add some lemon zest (as much as you like).
Pour the glaze when the biscuits have cooled down.
